Widener University's School of Business Administration Names the APICS Outstanding Student Award Winner

APICS Brandywine Valley Chapter is pleased to announce that Jessica Kowalski was the recipient of the APICS Outstanding Student Award at the Widener University School of Business Administration’s annual Awards Dinner. Jessica is pursuing a concentration in Operations Management, with a minor in Sustainability Management. She is a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa honor society, a Maguire Scholar, and a student member of APICS. 

The event was held at The Springhaven Club in Wallingford, PA on March 30th.  Comcast Sr Executive VP and Chief Diversity Officer, David Cohen, was the key note speaker for the evening, and delivered a message to the students in attendance about the importance of community involvement, as well as the benefits of embracing different viewpoints.  Several board members from APICS Brandywine Valley were in attendance to see Jessica receive the award.
