Process Intelligence – A New Perspective on Digital Transformation

Scott G. Opitz – President & CEO, TimelinePI, Inc.

Companies across all industries are being driven to invest in digital transformation efforts to address competitive threats and to gain an operational benefit from the latest technologies. Unfortunately, existing ERP, SCM, BI and other systems lack the tools necessary to provide the true end-to-end analysis necessary to provide a deep understanding of key operational processes. A new analysis approach based on process intelligence is emerging as a specialized technique to provide deep insights into these areas to facilitate process improvement and optimization.

In this presentation you be presented with an overview of the drivers behind this emerging technology and review examples of how it can be applied to variety of real-world scenarios. You will also see a hands-on example of using a process intelligence tool to analyze a Quote-to-Cash use case and data set.

This is a joint meeting with our Chapter sponsored student chapters invited. It is being held at a beautiful venue - Lathem Hall on the Widener University Campus in Chester PA.
