Princess Davies CSCP, CLTD

David J. Julius CPIM, CSCP

S&OP is the business process that is the foundation of how information is gathered, analyzed, and dispersed to enable the activities necessary to run our Supply Chains.  SCOR is recognized as an industry standard on the measurement of Supply Chain performance.  This talk will explore the relationship between S&OP and SCOR and how the two processes influence and balance each other to create Supply Chain effectiveness.

We will explore the relationships between Demand Management and the Production Plan output of S&OP, and the Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return, and Enable methodology within SCOR.  This will attempt to bring to light the handshake between S&OP and SCOR.
